NAVIOM AV-110 operating position
In a ground aviation communications project, purchasing a radio and creating an operating position are related but different deliverables. The NAVIOM AV-110 provides 118.000–136.99166 MHz coverage, a Russian-language interface and channel-organisation tools. To make these capabilities serve the customer’s task, the specification needs more than a model name. Record the equipment scope, configuration, installation and the operator’s final deliverable separately.

Describe the result in the user’s terms
Start with the location and purpose: a ground vehicle monitoring the taxi frequency, a small-airfield position or a platform’s aviation task. Identify who uses the device and which actions are required during a normal shift. This helps select a meaningful supply scope. It should not become a promise that the AV-110 is compatible with every existing enterprise network: describe the aviation channel separately from the site’s other communications systems.
Record equipment parameters without expanding the claims
Identify the AV-110 through established specifications: 25 and 8.33 kHz spacing, 2,000 memory channels, GRP, three quick buttons, dual watch and priority scanning. State transmitter output as 9 W carrier power and 36 W PEP. The source sheet does not establish an IP rating, explosion protection, dimensions or approval for aircraft installation. If a project requires these properties, they are separate questions rather than confirmed model capabilities.
Separate three kinds of work
Supply defines the devices and accessories; installation defines placement and connections; configuration defines working channels, groups and everyday actions. Supply ratings are 12 and 24 V DC, with a maximum of 31.5 V. The antenna path uses 50 ohms and SO-239. Where an external speaker is needed, its nominal load is 4 ohms. State who selects each external item and which work the offer includes so that responsibilities are clear before ordering.
Agree the final handover deliverable
Conclude with an explicit result: installed equipment matching the bill, a prepared working channel list and a short operator guide. Link checks to the agreed scenario rather than every possible memory mode. The AV-110 price is RUB 160,000; a complete project price depends on the separately agreed scope. Record actual availability, timescales and delivery terms in the offer. This keeps the specification concrete and supports discussion of real differences between solutions.
Questions and answers
Does the radio price include all work?
That must be agreed explicitly. The equipment price alone does not define installation and configuration work.
How should an antenna be specified before selection?
Describe its placement conditions and request a compatible path using the 50-ohm and SO-239 requirements, rather than naming an unverified model.
