What to Write in a Letter

• Distances between points and whether there is direct visibility.
• How many subscriber points.
• Delivery city.

There is no model at hand - send a photo of a nameplate or describe the task, this is usually enough.

For a satellite link, radio modem or local AI project

For VSAT, describe the operating area, existing LAN and equipment package; operator connection and tariff are agreed separately. For a modem replacement, give the complete device index, interfaces and existing network. For local AI, describe the IT task, example logs or configurations, data volume and number of users. In every case include quantity, destination and company details.
